I noticed that I went from guest to member(and am quite excited)....when does that take effect?? And I have noticed some people were banned....some I didnt understand why....so, what constitutes positions in these forums? I know, I know....I probably should know the answer to thiese questions....um, humor me??
I was switched to member after 100 posts....Theres no real difference besides being able to put pics in your sig is there?
bans are when a personna violates the forum guidelines. Oddly, asking about them (because of past problems) is a violation of FG. Other things that get one banned are patently silly postings (recurring) personal attacks on another member and spamming. The full list is in the pulldown menu under forum options.
i always thought you became a member after 100 posts. then a senior member after 1000. it says it all somewhere on here.
man, forum guidlines, and bannings, for "silly" postings...i realize a certain degree of peace has to b maintained, but to wat extent, i get banned habitually from forums, obviously this forum is much more reasonable, and much less complicated than most forums...could the admins maybe put in like, a free for all section...just for us people who like to have a lil' toke while web surfing and make muchos muchos silly posts
