Alexis went for her check up today. She weighs 12 lbs. 3 oz and she's 23 inches long. The doctor said she looks perfect. She's developed all of her milestones thus far. She's actually a month ahead, is what he said, anyway. She got 3 shots....her vaccs....omg, we both cried really hard. The nurse was pretty rough about it. We sat in the office and cried for a good 20 minutes. I'm not looking forward to going again in two months. Just thought I'd give the update.

Peds see a lot of babies, they are pretty casual with them. I've seen mamas stifle gasps when I handle thier babies, too. I LOVE babies, but have been around so many of them, I know that health ones are pretty sturdy. She's so beautiful. You are Blessed, mama.
