Alright I got a question. I hope someone out there has an answer. This year I finally lost my virginity to my soon to be husband. Well since then I have stretched (like that was a suprise ) I was wondering though if there is any exercises that anyone knows about that would help me get a little of my tightness back to spice it back up for him? Kegels are great advice. The PC (pubococcygeus) muscles can be located by stopping a stream of urine from flowing.... you use your vaginal walls, perineum and anus to gently contract. Perhaps sitting on a towel or your heel if your flexible enough would help initially... hummm... it seems like the spice would be from so many other things as well. Leaving the lights on.
