Vista is to be issued to volume licensees later this week but IT week alerts enterprise customers of problems saying they may wish to delay purchase until major flaws have been fixed. Apparently microsoft admits that although it will push out the product, it is bo no means complete and will require heavy patching - But then who thought Microsoft were capable of delivering competence ?
