I've started seeing a therapist, and something he told me I think will help you. It's about your paranoia...what he told me is that I'm not actually paranoid because I'm realizing that something's not right when I hear the things I do, or see the things I do. If we're set in our way of thinking, meaning "I KNOW that the pictures are watching me, and there's no way I'm wrong" then yes, we're paranoid. Meh, I guess what I'm saying is that since you recognize that there's a problem, things aren't as bad as they could be, and there's a good chance for it to stop.
