I tried both ways with and without condom but without condom is so much better. I want to know for sure that it cause serious deseases before I start using condoms.

If you feel the need to ask if you can get a disease from anal sex, why do it? To answer the question, yes you can get STD's from anal sex.. What the hell? Sex comes with risks, it doesn't matter if you stick your cock up her ass, in her pussy or up her fucking nose.

    Be safe!

As far as I know, getting STD's are even easier through anal sex. I've done anal alot but only with one girl. I had her checked out beforehand though. You should do the same if you're so worried because there is always good reason to get checked out.

If neither of you have an std, then the only thing you might have to worry about is getting a UTI if you don't use a condom. UTI's are uncommon in men.

My wife and I have been having anal sex about five times a week for 13 years. I once received a UTI (urinary tract infection). I told the doctor we practiced anal sex, and he said it could just as likely come from oral sex. A week of antibiotics later, and all was well.

If both of you enjoy it, go for it.

Apart from STD's, there is the risk of getting a UTI or thrush because the bacteria from the colon... It's not a huge risk, and both are easily treated. And UTI's can be avoided by peeing after sex.

Aside from UTI's, there is no inherent risk of disease from anal sex if both partners are clean to begin with.

If anal intercourse is practiced, there are a number of other maladies that can occur. The ass is not intended for sex, therefore does not lend itself well to accepting outside intrusion. The bowels can tear, which can lead to serious septic diseases. Also, in a few cases, prolonged anal sex can lead to incontinence later in life. If there are any type of external sores on the penis you can also get septic infections.
