Is there any thing wrong with this as long as the person is a legal age?

Where does the age gap come into things, i was reading some where in a paper or online news some time a go about a man that was arrested as he had a 16 year old boy gave him some indecent pictures of him, even with his consent......so whats the score with that ?


yeah so be it the guy was about 45 but is consent not the key here and the legal age set by the law................., i have sex some times with 18 year olds and im 32......but they have all ways consented......web cam sex this is.....

there was a news report on NBC news that interviewed people that said they use the internet to search prospective employee's history and anything on the net, from drunken party pics to personal blogs that reveal personal information.

I dunno... I think the actual age of consent represents a line that most older people will be aware it is transgressive to cross, within the culture that it's established. So if we believe that it's ever immoral to have/want sex with someone purely on the grounds of age, I'd say it's wrong (in so far as "wrong" even means anything) to do what you know to be transgressive. Of course, that could've been applied to homosexuality some years ago.

It's one of those tricky issues where, regardless of the mitigating circumstances, how much they love each other etc., my gut instinct is still to ask why the "legal" (responsible) one of the two didn't ever think "I know this is totall illegal, I really shouldn't be involved" and stop.

 

19 and 32? Nothing wrong with that.

 

So in this case, 19 and 32, probably okay. I speak as someone who slept with a 37 year old at 23 though. I guess you decide what's an okay age gap and then maybe reduce it a bit the younger the person is. I don't think webcams are necessarily any worse than regular sex, but... maybe. I dunno, probably just being an old fashioned prude.
