I'm not too experienced in BDSM but I have a little question... how do you use the safety word if you're gagged or going down on someone? Is there also a safety motion then? A certain noise you make when gagged? I'm befuddled.

Just agree with your partner before any gagging to have a safety signal instead of a word. It can be anything...blinking hard three times, wiggling your big toe etc..

Its important to engage in BDSM with someone you trust implicitly to watch out for these signs though but it can work fine. :)

If you're using a gag or are in the middle of oral sex, the safety word won't do you any good - so pinching them lightly once or twice in the side of the leg could be an indication.
