the more you talk about the oppressor/system/mindfucker, the more energy you give to it/them. at a first stage, you need to talk about, to inform, to get the info and understand. sure. but many of us already know, and still we cant help but wanting to know every detail.... i can see myself actually enjoy reading about the stuff, even though i dont want it. same with war/negative energies: it can actually enpower (instead of weaken) the "enemy". the more you try to fight the opposite/enemy, the more energy you actually give to it. (even if it is negative energy, it is still energy, and energy can be transformed) SO> go somewhere else, stop hating and get stuck in the negative link between you and the enemy. live it behind (but dont deny the info, it's good to be informed) and move on....
