i have this thing i do where i laugh lot and shake my whole body violently for like 40 seconds my freinds say it gets u higher, does it?

ive heard coughing makes u higher cuz it circulates air through ur body that has some thc in it since u can never get it all out of ur lungs.. so laughing may do the same thing.. shaking ur body tho, not 2 sure about that one
