on the intro to Civil War by GnR, theres an lady talking. I know its from a movie but i forget which one. can anyone help me?

 

its not a lady. its some guy and its in an old western. i turned the channle to the movie by accident once and it was on that exact part and i was like holy shit cuz i had never known what it was from

 

The talking at the beginning is from the movie Cool Hand Luke.
