Have you never seen them? Do you not have any neighbors? Do you just wave "hi" to them? Are you great friends with them? I have known one of my neighbors for a long time... have hung out with him a few times but not so often. Most of my neighbors Ill wave and say hi to but I dont really know. Some I have never seen. The other night though some new people moved in.... they are young- younger then me- 20 and 22. Anyways they locked themselves out and came over to use the phone at midnight... could not get a hold of the apt. people so they stayed here for quite a few hours and we have been to their place since then and will probably hang out again soon. So that's one group of neighbors that Ive become friends with..... out of maybe 40 apartments here....
um probably cause i live in a rich neighbourhood, yet we're more "hippie" than the rest of the uptight white bastards that all seem to work for GM...
i know a good amount of my neighbors....some of them are old timers like us, while others are newer yuppies
We only know one couple, but have intentionally kept kinda quiet. Sadly..I guess I would like to know more.. But you can't trust people at all. Not to talk shit..Not to steal your stuff.. ^ Yep, most of 'em are assholes. Also, I'm not real big on people just dropping by. I prefer a phonecall first.
Im the same way about wanting phone calls first. Everyone but my neighbors calls first and I like it like that
i know alotta my neighbours but not all many know they can drop by, others i just wave to. and just found out 1 of the hf regulars just moved 2 blocks away..lol but for that person, and most ppl..yea its a call 1st thing, just cause i keep very strange hours often, and ppl always tend to drop by when im in bed or in the shower...
My closest neighbor is over a quarter of a mile away. If they drive by, they wave...and if I drive by their houses, I'll wave. I'd always play with the other kids in the "neighborhood" when I was little...there is a creek about a mile away from my house and on the way there, there'd always be kids playing outdoors, so we'd all go down to the creek and catch crawfish and frogs. It's different now because we've all grown up and they've moved away. My dad is friends with most of everyone that lives around here though...
I don't really have neighbors anymore. The closest house is not really that close, and nobody's living in it right now anyway...
I know all of my neighbors....and their kids...and even their dogs and cats by name , but Ive lived her for over 10 years and have had plenty of time to get to know them all.
I met the Husband and the child, husband is blind and the child is beautiful, but no, I dont know them.
Nope, 18 years across from a rental house people come & go fast. I don't bother getting to know them.
I know my neighbors and they know me, infact they know all my roommates. We spend about 8+ hours a week with them or more. My roommate is kind of dating one of them and has a love kitten with one.... as for other neighbors yeah I know some of them its hard not to know them in a courtyard like this.
I know a few of them really well, they go to same uni as I do and we go out together quite often. But the rest of my neighbours seem to be either very cranky or very old and in most cases both, and that's about all I know about them.
