What do you (very opinionated) people predict will happen in the next two years, up to the '08 elections? What do you think will happen... in Iraq, in the Middle-East in general, with North Korea, with China/India/Russia, with the Dem-happy HoR? with the EU, with oil/energy, and whatever else you can think of...
Much of our world will stay the same. South Korea will build up it's military and Iran will get access to Info on how to make a nuke and will begin long talks with Pakistan to supply it with the resources needed for a Nuke. That's pretty much it, and smoking will probably be banned altogether in Canada.
It's hard to say what will happen in two years. It would be easier to paint a picture for the next 5-10 years. I think we will see more state-sponsored terrorism, leading to more war, leading to a collapse of the economy which experts have been warning about, which will coincide with the North American Union scheduled for 2010, coinciding with a new currency modeled after the Euro. I predict that this country (or what's left of it) will be completely fascist by 2010, and for all those who doubt me, open your eyes and look at the legislation that has been being passed (courtesy of BOTH parties -- ie: the Military Commissions Act). Everything is in place for the complete open takeover of this country. People do not have a clue what's in store for them, and many will laugh at my even suggesting this will happen. Most Americans are totally oblivious to the FEMA camps popping up left and right, which will soon serve as detainment centers for those of us deemed "subversives" or, as they like to call them now, "enemy combatants."

The thing is, if none of these things happen by 2010 you'll still believe in your conspiracy theories.
