either dead or alive, I don't think it will add or substract anything to the depth of our experience to know that

    I know I am already dead. I died when I became a teenager. :(

I became a goth and am now apart of the shadows of the night.

Yes, we do die. Death in itself, though it can be philosophied is actually pretty simple if you look at it. Death is when you die, and though we do not completely know what diing is we do know it happens to all of us. Birth is when a new organism is introduced to this Earth in giving nothingness life, yes we were all born otherwise you wouldn't be reading this because you wouldn't exist.

i read something good before, maybe it was on this forum... conciousness creates matter, not the other way around...so if physical death is just an illusion, perhaps there is death, but not death...cus wtf does death mean, wat does life mean, wat if they r actually the same thing... and maybe were all staring at something right now, were not actually reading, we just think we r... in fact were just staring at some hallucination that isnt really there

"They say that dreams are only real as long as they last. Couldn't you say the same thing about life?"

Uhm, to be honest, this is one of those things that's like, you really gotta know whether or not you're discussing physical life or spiritual life. Now let's talk physically. Helterskelter, all you guys who think we are all dead, here's some advice from a woman who was endowed with at least a a hint of logic -we're not. Totally not dead. If I poke you, you would feel it, and it may bruise, and the bruise is really there. Really. (Hypothetically) if I punched you, it would probably really hurt, and that pain may not be seen right away, but it is still there and is real to some level in exhistence. You may hate me after I punch you, and the hate -while not visible -is real too. If you have doubt that you live, then go ask your mom how she knows if you are real or not.

hehehe, u came out her vagina...but seriously, it all depends on wat u mean by death, or life...theres like, a serious problem here because theres a point at which language fails to do its job...like in this situation
