    Got this email from ABC...

    Greetings ~

    My name is Julia Jenkins and I am a casting producer for ABC's hit reality show 'Wife Swap.'

    If you are unfamiliar with the show, Wife Swap is a fascinating story of what happens when two married couples see themselves and their spouses in a whole new light. Time Magazine calls Wife Swap "a riveting examination of family values." The New York Post says, "It should be called 'Life Swap' because it's not just the wives who learn something here. It's the families."

    The premise of Wife Swap is simple: for two weeks, two wives from two different families with very different values exchange husbands, children and lives (but not bedrooms) to discover what it's like to live a different woman's life.

    We are currently casting for our third season and I am looking for families who live an alternative lifestyle. Families that are living life to its fullest and enjoying every day the way they want to enjoy it.

    Here at 'Wife Swap' we look for a two-parent home with at least one child between the ages of 6 and 17 living at home fulltime.

    We are currently casting for our third season, so don't miss out on this amazing experience! Families that appear on the show receive $20,000 as a thank you. And if you refer a family that appears on the show you would receive $1000.

    ohh damn wouldnt it be fun to have some yuppy chick livin in a tipi and cookin over a fire :)

    I'm totally serious. I own a house on the Willamette River and would let you move in for a few weeks while they verify we are really married. We can say it is a common law marriage so no licence is available.

    My sister has a 7 year old son she already said she would let me borrower for the show too. She is a huge fan.

    umm doesn't the woman have to go live with somebody else? why would you give the girl only a quarter of the total?

    no kids, not married, no time to go and swap lives with someone, though it'd be an interesting experiment. Daunting, a little terrifying, but interesting
    I do like watching the show, they seem to get such extremes in parenting/life, it's an education in what not to do

    Well for a hoot I entered.. I don't have any minor children but I do have kids living in the house. If we get picked (ha!) I do hope they find someone who can clean a deer and skin a catfish while canning tomatoes and bouncing a baby on their hip.
