Lately i have been big into the furries to furries scene but have been thinking about steping it up a notch. No offense, I really don't like to judge, but furries are, um, weird. Really weird. Getting your lower back pierced just so you can walk around naked with a tail? And some of the orgies I've been told about where furries cross lines with plushies. Ew.
err hangon people. being against the act of having sex with, say, a dog because it is cruel to the dog (whether the perpetrator is a furry or not) is one thing. but being against furries just because "they're weird"...seems a little too judegmental. there are heaps of "weird" (in BIG inverted quotes) sexual festishies around. it's just part of being a human bean and expressing your sexuality. so if you're not hurting anyone (well unless it's s&m ) then who is anyone else to judge what you do? whether it's getting a tail implanted into your butt, incest, autoerotic axphyxiation...or dressing up like mr potato head and stripping to the german version of seasame street's "rubber ducky" at your local mall.
I've studied the furry subculture quite a bit...and I've found overall it's just a bunch of misguided kids who couldn't find acceptance or outlets anywhere else. There are good parts to it, and ver, very, very ridiculously bad parts...but if you must discount it, discount it for the beastiality or college football team mascot-costume-sex....not just because they're 'weird'.
