My nomination for todays Worst Person In The World is-

The guy who sold his baby to Madonna-He had never spent any time or money on his baby and freely gave the baby to Madonna knowing he didn't want to take on the responsibility for it-He did the same thing with his first kid-Then after finding out how rich she is he changes his mind and tries to block the adoption claiming he now wants his baby!-How obvious is this-?-Another shakedown for money and he uses his own flesh and blood to get it!-They did a deal and he is happy again-apparantley changed his mind once again($$$) and she now has a new toy-and he has alot of money and could care less about his child-This whole thing is wrong-She got the kid from a place where the adoption laws are real lax-She circumvented the adoption process to get what she wanted-Both people are bottom feeders and the kid was bought and paid for and his "father is a money hungry degenerate-I would never sell my child to anyone I don't care how much-Thats my blood and soul!-What a world we have here!People that have no way to support their kids should get cut-save the children from growing up in shityy foster homes or worse-

 

Do you know anyone from Malawi?

Yes, it sucks that he sold his child. But that child is going to have FOOD to EAT for the rest of his life... a life that will be a lot longer now due to his not being in Malawi. And, maybe with the money he now has he can buy food for his other children.

I wouldn't sell my child either... but I live in Canada. How do you know what you would do if faced with the situation David's father was in? If I knew my son was facing the kind of life David was facing in Malawi, I might just put him up for adoption... it would break my heart to do so, but it would be a better life for him. And if that person had a lot of money? All the better. If I had other children to feed... I might just ask for some money for my son to help me better provide for my remaining children.

People who have no way of supporting their children shouldn't have children... you are right there. But again, this is a really poor area of Africa. We can't really judge them.

I don't think either Madonna or David's father rate on the "bad people of the world" scale... they aren't even blips on the radar.

 

I disagree completely-Their motives in both cases are the problem I have-Adoption is fine for those not able to take care of the kids-But he was unable and unwilling one day then 2 days and a few coversations (-probably with lawyers) later he throws up a roadblock and all of a sudden this guy who has never even seen his first kid or sent any money at all according to the reports is now changing his mind and wanting the kid back-I ask you this-Do you really think he wants the child back or is he wanting a big payday from a person with money?-In other words would he be asking for the child back if it was with a broke relative?-No-he wouldn't and did not attempt to get back his first child-Many people have kids that they cannot afford-I did-but there is always a job if you want to work and he looked fit-Even if it is Africa-people do work-And I personally moved to an area with more jobs-He sold his kid-it's that simple-And Madonna took advantage of a system that makes adoption easy to do-But-you are supposed to be a resident of that country for 18 months before you can adopt-she did not-she lives in England and once again money talks-and people are for sale-in 3rd world countries-There have been lots of cases of pedophiles adopting kids from places like Bangkok-What she did sends a message that it is possible to circumvent the laws for the right amout of money-But then that has been going on since time began-Kings and Queens used to buy kids from foreign countries=How come she went there to adopt?-We have lots of children here looking for homes but our laws are tougher and we do background checks-I am not sure she would qaulity here-I'm not sure on the law on that or if she has ever been busted-but-it is very plain to see what went down-cash for kid-and he will have a better but will always want to find his dad-and personally I would not want to be his dad in 20 years when asked-"Why did you give me up?"-it was not nesseasary-IMO-

 

He sold his first kid, too? From what I hear, the child was in an orphanage, where they have WET NURSES and the child was healthy and well taken care of, and could see his father whenever he wanted. (The baby's mother died from Typhoid Fever shortly after the baby was born.) This kid wasn't starving by anyone's estimation, Madonna saw him, he was cute, black yet, healthy looking and thought it would be good PR for her, and now her Nanny gets an OTHER kid to raise. I wonder how much time she spends with this child? My guess would be little.

Sheesh.

 

Exactley-He sold his child to her and that makes me sick!-The childs best interest is not the top of his list of priorities or he would not have tried to block the "adoption"/sale of his kid-and he would be seeing his other child; but does not-he should be forced to get a snip job-He's peddling his kids off and thats just plain wrong-The bottom line was ;once again; the almighty dollar-I hope some day he wakes up with all the money gone and his conciense kicks in-He should begin to hear and feel the voice of God talking to him-and then he should feel the presence of his own blood crying out to know why he was sold off!-I would not stand next to this flesh peddler in a thunder storm!
