    Suddam is long gone.
Elections were held and a government has been elected and installed permanently in Iraq.
Now a strong majority of Iraqis want our troops out according to many legit polls. (Washington Post, USA Today, CNN)

Still most leaders are not backing a swift pullout until we have achieved a "Victory."
Democrats are calling for a "new direction" and "accountability" in Iraq. But most mainstream Dems aren't calling for a swift pullout. WHY??

Are the Sunnis and the Shia's going to shake hands and smile for photo ops in December?
Are the suicide bombers going to suddenly stop next Wednesday?
What justifies another 750 or so American deaths if we hang out there for another year?

Most of all, What is a "Victory" in Iraq???

A victory would be to leave behind a Government that won't fall when we leave to Islamic Sects. Also it would entail keeping Iran from controlling the oil production and sale coming from Iraq.
