All the advice I can give you on this subject is to use a condom, even when doing things with your hands. That way you won't get any cum on you in any way, even if you give him oral, you can get some flavored condoms and turn into a vacuum. Just one man's advice. Discuss this with him and see if he can come up with a solution himself.
^That's just going way too overboard with safety. Its good to be safe, but using a condom even when doing things just with her hands? Yea, I hate to say it but most of the things I would have suggested originally were basicly shot down in your post.
