Ex C.I.A. Chief-Robert Gates-is the new warmonger-When the dust settles and the new House and Senate start the investigations on where all the fucking money went; we'll probably see real clear why Rumsfeld bailed-He profited on the war as did all the other Bush golddiggers-When all the rocks are turned over it will be fun to watch these scoundrels put under the light-How many more crooks are sweating bullets tonight?-How many are busy laundering money and gifts from the big war machine people like Haliburton and G.E.-Bechtel etc-Lots of backroom deals were done and our people and others paid the price-It's a new day folks and I am very optimistic that the future will be looking better real soon-CHECKS AND BALANCES- are now back in place!-not a minute too soon-

Ah, yes now I see. I'm now totally convinced the great Jewish conspiracy has finally succeeded in it's most profound goal... Brainwashing Americans to believe that such a conspiracy actually exists...

These stories are from 2005 & later. They may well have siezed upon this concept (Balkanization) then, but that's a long time after the invasion, and as we all know they had no intention of breaking up Iraq back then, other than to divide the oil plots between british & US companies. If there was any kind of separation of the country to be done, that was it.

Yes, and the Brooklyn bridge is for sale, too!

You buy all these NEO-definitions like they were written in stone.

    NEWS FLASH!

They're inventions used to manipulate YOU.

Things are just as simple as they always have been.

    Warmongers are still warmongers.
    Fascists are still fascists.
    Conservatives are still fucking Conservatives.
    Capitalists are still fucking Capitalists.
Politicians are still fucking crooks and perverts.

    Nothing has changed.

All those NEO labels you give don't define shit. They're only there to HIDE shit under nice labels.

Shit is still fucking SHIT! No matter how you spell it.

I think for myself and dont blindly follow all of this conspiracist agenda.....

besides, you never have a clear plan, you just criticize everything that happens and have some conspiracy theory that you like to quote.....

But you wouldn't be getting angry, feeling the need to affirm that you "think for yourself" if what I said wasn't true.

It's all "NEWSPEAK". Let's confuse everyone with labels that don't make sense.

We had the system figured out back in the 60s and it's still the same system because people are brainwashed into limited thinking about what is possible to achieve when the PEOPLE come together.

The PEOPLE came together this time, thanks to the 15% of the vote by INDEPENDENTS, who handed this election to the dems.

Truth is there are hundreds more points of view which are not reflected at all by the two party system.

People have felt disenfranchised ever since Chicago 1968. Most of you younger people don't even know what I'm talking about.

But here, in this election, we finally all said ENOUGH, and showed our power. Now people need to support the smaller, newer parties. I'm registered as a Green but I also voted for a dem and a Peace & Freedom candidate, so I vote independent. And if enough people can show their dismay at the main parties maybe there'll soon be three or more parties sharing power, like other civilized democracies enjoy.

And THAT my friends is something we can all create if we choose to remain involved in political action. So things don't have to be so bleak. In fact, we have LEARNED A LOT from the Republican Titanic, and what it really means to govern and follow the will of the people.

It ain't hard to please most of the people, some of the time. It's about time we got ours!

The trouble there is that the third parties are locked out of venues such as the Presidential debates more now than ever. The RNC and DNC didn't let Perot back in after he stirred the mud (which is good) in 1992. They threatened to arrest Nader just for being on the premises to watch the debate in 2000, let alone even participate in it.

The stock excuse used by the RNC and DNC is that the third party candidates aren't viable. One could argue just as well that part of the reason they aren't viable is that they are locked out of venues such as nationally televised debates by the RNC and DNC.

There should be at least one third party candidate allowed in the presidential debates no matter what, just to stir up the mud and keep the other two parties from doing a rehearsed presentation which isn't a debate anyway. It's difficult to achieve this since we have no way of voting on it. It's already been determined for us by the RNC and DNC.

madcrappie, i've spoken the truth to you but you can't handle it

the truth is republicans and some democrats are suppressing their gayness which has led to a national epidemic of pent up rage anal retentiveness that gets expressed on the world stage as this struggle to control and dominate all events from a deep sense of fear of not having and being accepted for what one is

it all comes down to sex and just allowing your energy to flow and to feel the love

can you handle it madcrappie? can you handle it

That's what CBS News is saying...

    And ...

The Associated Press contacted election officials in all 134 localities where voting occurred, obtaining updated numbers Wednesday. About half the localities said they had completed their postelection canvassing and nearly all had counted outstanding absentees. Most were expected to be finished by Friday.

The new AP count showed Webb with 1,172,538 votes and Allen with 1,165,302, a difference of 7,236. Virginia has had two statewide vote recounts in modern history, but both resulted in vote changes of no more than a few hundred votes.

An adviser to Allen, speaking on condition of anonymity because his boss had not formally decided to end the campaign, said the senator wanted to wait until most of canvassing was completed before announcing his decision, possibly by Thursday evening.

The adviser said that Allen was disinclined to request a recount if the final vote spread was similar to that of election night.

 I'm happy about Rumbo leaving, but I doubt it will make much difference as far as Iraq goes. Something tells me we won't be pulling out until....oh, I don't know....November 2008? :ack:

We are never leaving Iraq. Do you know how many PERMANENT military bases have been built? The very thought of the US leaving is a pipe dream.

Indeed true, look at the bases in Europe (in operation since WWII) and South Korea. That's part of the reason the USA spends more on military than the rest of the world - combined.

Speaking of people leaving, maybe Cheney will leave due to heart problems, Bush will immediately have a nervous breakdown, and Nancy Pelosi will assume the presidency.
