It is always the aftermath of whatever that is the most fruitful, the lessons learnt and the hints taken throughout an experience that are the most didactic.
Not that the procedure itself yields unsatisfactory results, either. The steps necessary, taken one at a time, when you learn a dance for the first time-though the tune itself may not be unfamiliar-are a wealth in themselves.
But it is when you brood in your mind what you have been through, when you relive it in yor daydreaming-whether or not you found it enjoyable-that you really appreciate it.You have the time to look back and see things you didn't notice then,or see people or events from a different perspective(one that did not occur to you at that particular place or time). This will be the hour of your really knowing what happened and what you and others did and how your actions and reactions and reactions-and theirs-and all this interaction among you, other people and the given place and time has shaped you and them as individuals and both your microcosms and the whole universe.
So,wait.Savour the instant, take in the touch, feel, smell, vision, thoughts, emotions, all. And then take the initiative to reevaluate, reconsider. Not surprisingly, you will find that you have shaped and been moulded, despite feeling that you are still the same old you and the world around you has not changed course. You both have.

There is a very positive message in your writing, and it might even get past the W.P.;)

I believe that the Aftermath is more than just consequence. I believe it is everyones fate and destiny.

Fate is what we do,I fear. And we do have quite a lot of freedom of choice.I refuse to believe that we're mere pawns in cosmic chess games. And if we indeed are, what the hell, let's revolt amd take our chances.Better than being meek and obedient,eh?

Maybe you were fated to kick up a fuss... :D

That's basically how I feel about fate. If it exists, there's no way I could possibly know and, if it does its job properly, nothing I could possibly do about it.

So what time is the revolution? I hope it's after 5, because I'm having my dinner.

The revolution will be on telly so it dont matter !!!!! I heard this old rapper Dood saying so in a song called the revolution will be televised !
or was it "will not be televised"
you'd better check - apparently its gonna be the event of the millenia so watch it if its on the box but take part if its not !
the tickets only cost $25 so it wont be much to take part in the revolution. I think microsoft have got a few tickets spare

"The revolution will not happen between these thighs"... I forget who did it, but it's worth a listen if you get the chance.

My main problem is getting out of bed and I'm not paying more than £3.50 for a ticket. I don't mind paying £5 if I get a bag of nuts as well. I practised making revolutions yesterday by riding my bike to Tescos. I believe I made 8943 revolutions by the time I got there. If I charged people for each revolution I would have been a very rich person now and I would be able to eat in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. As it is, people were able to witness my revolutions for free. I believe in giving power back to the people. I believe in giving power back to the people of Rome. Hold the line. Roma Victor. What we do in life, echoes in eternity. String and Onion.

I also believe in watching too many films.

So what I caused a revolution at tescos when I rode my motorbike through the shopping aisles towing a trolley behind me and throwing stuff into it. Now everones at it - thats why they have petrol stations inside tescos main building rather than in the carpark
I saw the bloke - oh wazzisname .... the kung fu geezer - american bloke chuck something or other - yeah I saw him do it as well
oh him chuck norriss - thats his name

In all fairness to Yorik he is right in raising the subject of fate and all that shit. I don't know if Chuck is 90 today, but he can do 90 press-ups on his teeth, which are still all his own. Another interesting thing about the number 90 is that it represents the number of degrees for a quarter turn of a circle. Does that mean that Chuck is only worth a quarter revolution?
