So I've had this bread machine sitting around for like 2 years and never bothered to try using it. I was just making bread by hand. Last night I finally used it and it is freaking awesome! I don't know why I didn't try it sooner!! It's so neat - all you do is dump the ingredients in and push a button and in a few hours you have fresh baked bread! I made a Sally Lunn and an apple bread. Does anyone have any good recipes for bread makers to share?
bread machine bread is so great... and there are so many recipes.... always great making it this way!
I make my own bread/rolls almost daily. I just use my bread machine to make the dough, then I shape it and bake it in my oven. I LOVE my bread machine, it's got to be one of my favorite kitchen gadgets!
I always make bread using my bread machine, i Love it!!! just pour the ingredients in and in a few hours you have a loaf of bread,, i use the WhiteLily bread flour, i like it the best of all the bread flours.
there's this multigrain flour that I use - I forget the brand name of it - but it's so great, it's actually got grains in it, so tasty. I sometimes throw in a handful of slivered almonds and pinenuts into my breads, makes it extra crunchy!
i love my bread machine also. i still have a book on different types of bread to make. ill pick some of the best ones and post them for you
i love the bread machine, but dont use it often because I eat the whole thing too fast when its done - its a little too tasty!
