    She's great. I wish she'd use her site like the cottage industry "living room" (all tasteful and classic design) instead of a zillion colors and ALL THE CAPS AND EXCLAIMATION POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    but it's a new (to me) entry page with the 'roo and I feel like organizing and on the ground group like she talks about.

    I'm quite interested in home buying tips, too. Lots of foreclosures around here: some far better than what I'm renting!
