the way our children are so vunerable to danger and weirdos... when we were in athens there were compaints when my friend juggled juggling knives over a child lying down as part of our show...a regular 'act' in this country, over there their children are protected much more...to the point this show act was severley frowned upon.
Well guys it's been a while since I have been here or UK for that matter but what I found I didn't like the most was there was no real seasons. It was just damp and cold all year round just varying degrees of cold. I think in the 12 years I lived there I remember about 12 hot days ever. Warm there was many but I seldom remember a nice hot summer day. On the flip side. I have all but killed my lawn since I have been back because I forgot to water it as I never had to there it was always watered for me!! One of the great things about so much rain. Hey Sal: Great to be back I have finally started putting my demons to rest. I hope to be hanging around a lot more now again. Love & Lollipops EnonEmouse
i like Tesco's too, but I can understand the evils of overdevelopment from stores. this is why i NEVER shop at Asda's cause I hated Wal-Mart for that same reason and well Asda is the English version of Wal-Mart. I've been boycotting them since around 1998.
Those magic mushrooms that you could buy in the shops legally for a couple of years were too strong I think. In a way, I'm kind of glad they're gone, I never had a single good trip from those South American giant monsters. They made me paranoid as hell, as Lithium can testify. Homonomonomononyms. Much prefer the gentle old liberty cap from any English cow pasture....
You're joking right? I found all the exotic ones (Mexican, Cuban, Thai, Hawaiian etc) quite tame compared to our good old fashioned liberty caps. Even when I tried mixing them together.
Really? Wow, I found them much much stronger and the trip darker and more unstable. Maybe it was just my local shop, but I've had them from a couple of places and never enjoyed them as much....
Ahhh Farplee dude. Everybody's different at the end of the day. One man's pernod is another man's poison.... or however the proverb goes...
