My son is a hair puller, a few months ago he pulled a huge chunk(about an inch and a half in diameter) of hair out of my daughters hair. It is growing back but is very thined out.He pulls out more almost every day. I am wondering if anybody knows of any natural hair growth products that would be safe to use on a 4 year old

i don't know. The only thing i would know to do is make sure she gets a lot of healthy stuff to eat and continue to give her her vitamins. massage her scalp a lot in that area. i would ask the pediatrician/dermatologist or somethin like that what's safe to use, and keep your son far, far away!:)

There are NO hair growth treatments that are "natural" the only proven ones are dangerous drugs, that should never be used on children. (Propecia, which cannot even be used on any females and Rogain, which is not meant for children.)

Maybe this is the problem. Getting him to stop hurting his sister. It must hurt to have her hair pulled out by the roots. What are you doing to reinforce that this isn't an acceptable behavior to your son?
