if you know erowid then why are you asking this question? everything they say on there is true. it all depends on the quality of the mdma. i mean, if it's PURE than you can expect to feel pretty fine the next day, if you take care of yourself while you are high. drink plenty of water, take breaks if you are dancing. have some gum to chew if you start clenching/grinding. you need to be more specific here hon.
