A while ago I bought HBWR(Ghana strain) and MG seeds(Heavenly Blue) from a vendor (pm me if you want to know the details) that I have pretty good quality products. I mixed whiskey along with the HBWR seeds (which I powdered), and soaked powdered MG seeds in water. I didn't filter out or try to evaporate anything, so the powdered up seeds that I put in still remained. I felt no effects with the HBWR seeds, and apart from nausea and vomiting, felt nothing with with MG seeds. Since I did not remove anything from the seeds during preparation, I doubt this was an error. Could the strain of seeds have something to do with it, or could the quality be a factor? Is it possible that I am tolerant to LSA?
How many seeds? I've heard that if you do not do at least a water extraction on the seeds you end up with chemicals left over that cause nausea and can even prevent the tripping effects of the seeds. I have read various experiences where HBWR seeds ended up being bunk, but have never heard this with Heavenly Blue MG. Any medicines that might have interfered with the seeds? SSRI's, for example, decrease effects.
I tried MG seeds and HBWR seeds a few times in a few different ways. I've crushed them and put them in capsules, extracted them in water, etc... i used what should have been a sufficient "medium" dosage, and used info on Erowid as to how to prep them ... but well... nada. Tried amanitas too (basically ordered the gammit of "legal" psychs in the states) but had no luck with them. If you want a 'tripping' experience of any kind try Salvia Divinorium (i got some 10x off of a shamen site). You have to smoke it, but it's well worth the experience. It was like nothing I have ever tried before (and that is counting the non-legal stuff as well).
Phoenix, I feel the same way. Amanitas, HBWR, and MG seem to have no effect on me. I definitely feel something with salvia, on the other hand, and expect to break through sometime soon.
