Found this pretty groovy international party dedicated to (among other things) ending the war on drugs. Their site is kinda funky, I couldn't post the link directly to the petition, but it shouldn't be too hard to find it. Make sure all your friends sign it too. I don't think many of us are optimistic about the political climate ever shifting in our favor any time soon, but it's not that hard to write down your name for a cause this important.

    Here's their site:

Libertarians have the same idea, and they are the largest 3rd party in the States.

But...Libertarians are an American party trying to make changes in the U.S. The Transnational Radical Party is well...transnational. They're trying to make changes in international law. To be honest I don't know a whole lot about them, but they're the first party that I've heard of trying to reform the UN. Peace.

I'm just curious. What does the UN "United Nations" stand for. What are there belifes and what do they work to accomplish. Good and Bad! I'm very curious in understanding this since it is such a contraversial topic and recently is all over the news.

I think Marijuana is well on its way to being a massive battle between States and the Federal government. The Fed may conceed to legalize it just to tax and regulate it. I've heard of cities that have legalized it, of course State regulation superceeds city so its still illegal; if you get caught by a State Trooper or Sheriff.
