Soyabean and couscous sallad

    This is something I do quite often.

    You will need: (for one person)
    0,5 dl soyabeans, boiled
    0,5 dl couscous, also boiled
    garlic, chopped
    squash, chopped
    cucumber
    tomatoes
    olives
    feta cheese
    olive oil
    some chili powder
    peppar and salt

    Fry the garlic and squash with the chili powder in some olive oil. When it's golden brown, add couscous and beans and fry a little more, add peppar and salt. Add more oil if necessary.
    Take away from heat and add vegetables olives and cheese.

    Yummy! :)
