puppy house training please help

arrrrggghhhhh, i am at my wits end, i have 3 dogs, the latest is a 4 month old black german shepherd dog who is just not getting the idea of pooing outside, i put him out after he's eaten and he doesn't go, i put him out every hour and he occasionly goes, then i give him a treat and lots of fuss but most of the time he goes when you least expect it and he also has about 3 poos at night! i called him bear, but i never realised he'd be a pooh bear!!!!

please help

 

Stick Bear's nose in the pile of crap and then throw him outside and say OUTSIDE loudly. A dog will get tired of getting his nose smashed in crap rather quickly. Do the same for urine puddles.

 

You need to take them out as soon as they wake up as well.... Good luck we just got a new puppy as well...

 

thank you both of you, i do take him out ass soon as he wakes up, i've been told not to rub his nose in it, apparently it's psychologically disturbing to him, like shit in my house isn't to me lol!


what puppy have you got?

 

Our new puppy isnt a full blooded breed or anything... We were planning to adopt a puppy at the local animal shelter... They set up at a park place here... When we got to the place this lady and her girls had 3 free puppies... She told us the mom is half doberman pincher and half blue heeler and that the dad of the puppies was a neighbors dog that was just black is all she knew... I said oh so a traveling salesman... lol She is black like a dobie but where the brown normally is on them she has black spots from the blue heeler... She is a cute puppy but most likely wont be to cute as an adult... Oh well my son loves her they are best buddies... The last puppy we had we never got trained so she is now in a kennel at my parents home... They raise those AKC miniature pinchers (the ones that look like small doberman's) they are SOOOO cute... They have a litter of puppies about ready to go now... My son wanted one of them and I said no they are to expensive... We just need a puppy not one thats registered...
