hey guys. i just got my nose peirced and im looking for some traditional indian nose chains that run from your ear to your nose ring. does anyone know of any sites where i might find anything like that? im looking for bella donna and myself. so any help would be wonderful
If you gather any info please do pass it my way! I've been looking for a plain gold nose ring for ages! Really, really wanted one before the baby came but thats not looking possiable. Depending on where you live, if there is a large Indian population, you could ask them. Like, if there is an Indian fabric store or something? I live in the middle of, literally, no where, in quite possiably one of the whitest towns in the world.. so no dice on my end.
Personally, I don't think they look nice, unless your an Indian woman getting married. Other than that it, it's just another case of cultural misappropriation, the west stealing from the east. I'm not trying to be a bitch, it's just my opinion.

this might sound weird but.. couldnt you just make one w/ an old chain? grab some pliers and connect them to the rings lol
About the only difference is paying someone to thread a hoop thru a link or two or not paying them extra money and DIY, but I encourage all business toward Devon Ave. Great place to spend American dollars on cool stuff as I'm pretty sure a good portion of that money is being sent back to loved ones in whatever homeland of theirs in the middle east we've bombed into near dust over lies, bullshit and propaganda driven by corporate greed,,, so the chance that the profit they make off of your purchace going towards undoing the damage our nation has wrought upon the earth is certainly higher than say from the money exchanged when you bought that Sterling chain at Wally world or "Hot Pockets" (I swear thats what most of the shoppers there live on,,,)
saw a few months back a girl on youtube, adorabatbrat, she uses anke-bracelets and stuff like that, looks really good shows that you can make them from anything really, hehe
