Hello Gang,

It only took 2 days for my registration to become active and I've been chomping at the bit to get started. A quick note about myself..... I'm an old fart (46) and my main purpose here is to debate religion, primarily arguments against theism and for atheism. I belong to a couple of other forums under the same name and this is just another source for information.

I became interested in really searching for god after 911 and found, IMHO, that the christian god can't exist. I started looking for arguments for and against gods existence and have found that the atheist arguments make much more sense.

I never had any formal debate training, but have learned a lot over the last couple of years. I still, on occasion, make a logical fallacy or two, but never intentionally.

all you have to do is look what happened in northern ireland people not being able to go to certain parts of city or kids haveing stones throw at them because there from the wrong religion going to school madness!
