I was shopping the other day for food for my baby and I found veal baby food, it was throurghly disturbing! Guess The baby is going to have to eat home made baby food because I will no longer buy gerbur!

    Ugh that's terrible.

Surely there must be some form oif vegetarian baby food. Otherwise yes go for home made. It probably would be better for your little one, no chance of scary additives and such.

Wow. That makes sense, feeding a baby to a baby...

i know im going to feed my baby home-made babyfood! just the way nature intended!

you can let baby carrots soak in warm water for awhile until they're soft, then mash them up, you can do the same with peas

you can make your own applesauce and bananas and even mix your own vegetables once they're older! you can mix peas and carrots and corn!

Since it is common knowledge that veal is made from baby animals, I feel sad that some people don't see the tragic irony in this.

    THATS DISGUSTING!

it's bad enough that adults eat dead baby animals
WHY must they force it on babies who have NO clue what they are eating
it's just so wrong on so many levels

My kids wouldn't even touch that mess when they were babies. I actually tried with my first child, being uninformed and thinking I was doing her a favor.

Gerber is nasty stuff anyway, i'd never feed any future child of mine that stuff again, meat, veggie, anything. It's not needed, and all those jars just add to the world's pollution problems.

I never bought commercial baby food. A. It's disgusting, b. it's expensive! It's so easy to make baby food from home...plus all the preservatives and additives. Babies' little tummies aren't designed to digest meat.
