you wrote this while I was writing my last post but I think it answers it. I'm a cami girl too when I'm doing something physical. I get ya. All I'm doing is asking people to think. It's like an underware competiton in here and few care about the real issues. I do not judge people who wear bras. I only want them to at least look at the other side of the debate. What I do hate is when I look for cami's and there all for preteen girls to "practice" before using a bra. I'm almost 5'10 or something, not too much fat on me, but in most cases I can't even wear an X-tra large on me. pisses me off.
Or people could, you know, do what makes them happy and comfortable....whatever that is. Bra, no bra...neither is slutty, both can be comfortable for different people... the cancer thing is still very much theory......
I would just like to point out that, while not wearing a bra is more comfy for me, I have stubborn li'l nipples that nothing except a padded bra can cover up. Makes me sad, especially as I'm a little one (32-34 B)
i wear a bra when i feel like it i guess.. i dont like people staring when i dont have one on though, they're big/bouncy enough that they draw attention.. if ive got a sweater on though, i dont mind. or if im around people who i trust wont be oogling my breasts. haha i always thought i was a certain size.. but today i found out i've been living a bra lie, and have been wearing the wrong size for years. hahah i knew it was always uncomfortable, but i thought that was just a fact of life. my new bra is actually super comfy for the first time ever now that it fits properly.
I go through moods. For a week I might wear one, then I won't for the next week. I'd stop wearing one almost completely if my mom didn't make a big deal about getting saggy
Some days I'll wear a bra and some days I won't. It depends upon the weather, whether or not I feel like wearing a bra, what I'm wearing, who I'll be around... Blah, blah, blah.
i havent wore a bra since years.. i feel more comfortable without it.. it makes me breathe diffcult...
at home no i dont, unless its a bikini, but out in public i do, unless its a shirt that u cant really wear a bra with without it lookin really dumb.
I wear a bra most of the time. Also one of those ladies who have breasts that are on the larger side and going without a bra in public usually earns me some looks, or maybe I am just mores self conscious I'm not sure. If I am at home, then I tend to go without because I find bras to be uncomfortable (if I want "the girls" to look decent I have to wear underwire - nothing else holds them up) and I am more comfortable without one, but I'd never dream of venturing out without a bra on. I have done it once or twice at FH's request, but not often and I felt uncomfortable - I felt "naked" in a way!
Nope! Why wear a bra if you don't need to? I MIGHT wear one for a special occasion. But more and more I'm seeing how unnecessary it is (for small sizes).
i wear them now and then, not often. at home i don't bother for the most part, nor if i'm just running to the cornerstore or such. if i'm getting Officially Dressed for the day to go out (series of errands, work, night out, etc) then i put one on. and please, all, don't put too much stock in the cancer study as it was extremely flawed and there have not yet been any studies since that were given the proper controls backing it up with similar results. take precautions, yes definitely; it's best to err on the side of caution and there are other benefits to not over-wearing bras... but don't worry to much until there is solid information of some sort on this issue.
If I wasn't going between a 38 D and DD, I wouldn't wear one. But with my tiny body (I'm stocky, but I'm really short and just small in general) I have to wear it, or else my back goes nuts. I already have back problems, and when I figured out this was part of the problem I was able to fix it, which made me feel a lot better, both physically and mentally. When I'm doing physical activities I usually wear two, a push up with a sports bra on top of it. Or, if I have to do a lot of running, I'll do a push up, with a normal underwire, and a sport on top of that. It's a pain in the ass, and I'd love to be free of it, but I just can't be... I tried not wearing a bra for 3 days last summer. It made my back hurt so much that I spent 2 days in bed afterwards. I have back problems already, don't need to add to it..
1 of my ex's had the same prob and after a number of years ended up having to get a reduction surgery are there any more natural ways to reduce them through specialy focused excercises?
Most uncomfortable contraption ever invented. Hung them all over the school (door knobs, clocks, boys bathrooms) at age 13, have not worn one since. Unless sports bras count. Had to wear them horseback riding or else things got sort of wierd. Was told by a Dr. at age 17 that they would hang to my waist by the time I was 30 if I didn't start wearing one. He was wrong. My theory: Wearing a bra every day makes your chest muscles atrophy.............And I had 4 kids.
