    Another sports thread...LOL

I would have played more sports if I had the time, but I used to dance six days a week six hours a day from when I was 13 until I was 18...

I consider dance a sport, but won't include it in this poll...I also did gymnastics, swimming, and softball

    i was a busy kid

    Nuffin.

Foster parents tried to sign me up for track during high school but I made myself ineligible by lowballing biology and getting a "D". Mucho dissatisfaction resulting in a term-long grounding during the week. I was to do homework and if I didn't bring any home the folks assigned me encyclopedia reading with a written report due at evening's end. Failure to satisfactorily follow assignments during this time extended the grounding to the following weekend.

I did ballet and gymnastics until I was like 14, that's the only thing I did every year that would be close enough to a sport. I ran varsity cross country, track, played volleyball and jv soccer though in high school...I wish my mom would have done that rather than the whole girly route because I was pretty good for have not being in leagues and all that like the other people who made it.

its a lot of fun. we joined a really competitive league when we first started. took us a while to get up to par for that level of play. but it was so worth the struggling because many of the teams that we played indoor, we also started playing outdoor in the spring and we beat them in outdoor. i slammed so many people into the boards

I did taekwondo too for a couple years in middle school...I hated it and sucked at it but I needed to get the courage to throw punches because I went to the slummiest middle school before my mom took me out and put me in a different one

yeah...I don't do getting checked, in any capacity.

i'll remember that when I actually get used to my arches not feeling like they are gonna explode...I have really hard arches and indoor shoes suck for that

you don't see much checking in mixed leagues, and even less in female leagues

dont' have any advice for your arches, hope it gets better. do shoe inserts work? they also have indoor soccer shoes, those might help...
