Looks like Kim Jung Il is now apologizing to the U.N. and neighboring countries for its nuclear tests and are accepting bilaterall talks or six party talks. So whatever china said to north korea when they sent there ambassador, it worked.

Im sure it went something like this:

NK: We are nuke capable and mighty, 4 million man army strong

China: Your starving we supply you food and power to survive

NK: With our new might we will take what we need

China: You forget little brother we have many more power nukes, 10x as many men

NK: but we can nuke you

China: we have so many people all you would do is free up some needed land for us and then of coarse we will then make NK some new Chinese land complete with some NK people fertilizer

NK: Oh we are sorry big brother for upsetting you please accept out apology.

China: Its okay we are a forgiving tolerent people, we have to be or we would have killed you years ago.

NK: Oh thank you thank you!

Just how much land would NK destroy with a 1 kiloton nuke I'm wondering.

The amount of land destroyed wouldn't be the point.
Even 1/2 kiloton explosion in downtown Tokyo would kill tens of thousands of people and cost billions. In the hands of terrorists that's golden....

That's why miniturization is a growing fear.

Well, I think it'll take 20 years max for terrorists/terrorist ( a rich one like in Sum of All Fears ) to get a 1 kt Nuke ( if not more powerful ).

New York is in real danger because that city is extremely dense. A 1kt Nuke would destroy maybe one quarter but there's no doubt the radiation would kill everything else.

If some , doesnt matter what bitch will aim nuke at any city... The REAL HELL will come up... because their country or camps will be deserted... killign innocent, terrorist, their children, their wives, grand fathers fuckgin everybody... and war on terror will be won in one year. If only they dare... we will use different ways to kill them.

Only way to defeat terrorism is to show that you will not be affected by it. People don't want to think about it, but if 9/11 happened and it didn't get the news coverage and teh memorial services and plane flights continued as they were, the terrorists would have lost. Yes it's painful to think that way but it's true. Terrorism can only go away if we ignore it.

Also, the statement that Jong apologized is false, it's been confirmed today and was speculated to have been flase 3 days ago.
