well it could mean many things. most likely a competition to see who can smoke the most. alternatively, jsut a term for a session. or a switch that turns off the smoke.
Like previously mentioned, a contest to see who can smoke the most. Usually the participants throw in at least a half bag each, and the last man left standing keeps whats leftover.
