    Does anybody have any experience with this ?

    Can you make something smokable from it?

    You can convert it very easily with NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide). You can always snort, plug, or eat with an maoi the HCL.

    what would an effective kind/dose of maoi be?

    Don't know exactly, I'm sure you could easily search that as well. I believe I heard 50mg DMT/ 3g Syrian Rue. This is called pharmauasca.
