to make the best peanut butter and jelly sandwich use little debbie oatmeal cream pies instead of bread. its amazing
Oh man... The BEST pb&j I've ever had was something I threw together last night. Two slices of some sort of whole wheat bread (I think it was with sunflower seeds, yum), with peanut butter and apples (that have been sliced, covered in brown & white sugar, a sprinkle of nutmeg a healthy dose of ground cinnamon and a handful of water sprinkled over the apple pieces, nuked for a minute and a half), with warm blueberry jam over top of the apples and honey drizzled over the bread. Snack on with ice cream
i agree... i cant believe it. i prefer organic strawberry jelly and organic natural chunky peanut butter on whole wheat or potato bread.
Okay, so I just tried my first peanut butter sandwich (and I wanted to try it high) but I forgot the jam. And... How have I not eaten this before!? It is so amazing. It actually tastes like actual peanuts, which for some reason I never expected. I can't wait to try it with jam, although it does sound disgusting but now I'm not so sure. I used bananas in the sandwichs with it instead. I feel sick now because I ate too many...
haha this is crazy that you guys have never had a pb&j... im pretty sure 99.9% of the population here has had one sometime during their lifetime. and nightwalk, you liked it with just peanut butter? just wait til you add some jelly personally though, i got tired of them like 5 years ago, maybe cause i hate so damn many when i was a kid haha.
