There is a provision for NON Citizens for the rights of due process? I know they dont get our bill of rights or atleast they are not entitled to them.
The greatest thing about this bill is the fact that it says that "no US citizen has to deal with this house resolution" and then later in the bill it says "if you are accused of terrorism you automatically lose your US citizenship"...do these guys actually think they are fooling anyone? and for all you democrat worshippers, they voted on the death of the bill of rights too, we are at WAR right now, and the democrats arent going to save you.
Yes It Says " No PERSON shall be deprived of life,liberty nor property without due process of law" Non citizens may not vote or hold public office but they are(were) given the protection of the Bill of Rights.
But it's for your own good and security????NO??? What I find amazing is that some sanctimonious shits still feel our form of democracy should be spread throughout the rest of the world. And that incurring loss of human life is just one of the costs of the US doing business. What democracy do we still have left in the US? We condone torture, why are we any better than the tyrants that the corporate businessmen want us to overrun with rightgeous christian vervor.
