I have been taking a multi B for the last 2 years, chamomile, htp-5 and others to stabilize the mood and calm me. That is one reason I can see things that are not there and remain calm. The reaction excitement, I believe, will delete future visions and words from external telepathic energized power emotions.
Just wanted to thank everyone who took the time to reply. I actually have seen a shrink. my parents made me a few years ago, they tried to put me in a hospital cause i told them about voices. what a nightmayer. then they made me see them every week...took all my parents money. it sort of killed my soul. I wanted to ask HonorSeed...did you write that? It's interesting, i just dont know quite what it means...
man, a couple of days ago i took a few premature peyote cactus' and was having conversations with strangers and friends that weren't there for about 2 days. still don't know what was real and what wasn't from the last couple of days. all i know is i was hearing them long after the peyote wore off, and the only thing that made them go away was active zen meditation and focusing on the beautiful things in front of me. good luck. ps on a side note at some point me and my buddy-who was tripping with me-got seperated. while he was gone, i had a conversation with him for half an hour or so before realizing he wasn't there. at the same time, he was at his place having a conversation with me before realizing i wasn't there. neither one of us remember what was said, but it's something trippy to think about nonetheless.
