.....cannabis cup has lost a lot of it's luster since the 80's, early 90's. Don't get half the deals you use too and most of the parties have become private or just plan suck. But all in all a good time regardless....have a great time. Queensday/Springtime is still the best time of year in Amsterdam. The pigs know!!! LOL

 

In 1988 only 3 judges for 1st Cannabis Cup. By 1993 for the 6th cup, only 50 people came. It wasn't untill the 8th Cup in 1995, that there were 1500 judges. The prime for the Cup seemed to be 1994-2000.

Lots of people still go to the Cannabis Cup and have a great time. Not so good for those who have been to the Cup before or to the coffeeshops in Amsterdam very often.

my gf and i will be inna haze for a month in nov...would be nice to hang with other cup people and anyone else...weve been a few times now so i think i gotta good idea of some fun places to rip tubes...will be at the best western near the zoo....gonna be strange wakin up to elephants screaming.....see ya there...70 days....
