god damn local cop tried to stop me to try in question me i asked if he was detaining me and he said no so i continued on my way then he followed me and persisted on talking to m i asked why he continued on with this matter? and he said i just want to ask you a few questions i did not agree and once again was on my way then the bastard grabbed my arms zip tied them threw me on the ground knee on the back of my head i have scratches n cuts on the side of my face from it then he tried to say i was resisting arrest and pushed my ams up higher to where they almost were touching my neck he finally let up when his"back up" arrived and then was confronted by him that i was not the one turns out they mistaken me for some teen who had just broke into some cars at the local winn-dixie so they had areested em and busted my face up for no reason i know i am suposed to contact the city but what is the point....?

Hm. Topnotch advice, everyone, but probably a better idea is to get a grownup involved & do it up right. You can probably get some satisfaction out of them without getting yourself blackballed or, um, popping a cap in a muthafucka's ass or whatever.

 

I fully back up the motion of fuck the pigs. While we are at it fuck the DEA and fuck the ATF and fuck anyone else that trys to tell me how to live my life. I never hurt anyone so fuck them.

Also one time I was drinking at my house (and I am underage so I was really breaking the law) and I had four friends over. we where not making loud noise. The neighbors saw beer cans (How I am not sure unless they looked through the fucking windows). Cops came. Cops came in with no warrant. Cops told us to have a seat and proceded to question us as to where we got it and how much we had. I proceded to question why the fuck cops where in my house with no warrant. Cops proceded to tell me to shut up so I decided to tell them to fuck off and informed them that I had slept with their mothers. Cops proceded to beat the living shit out of me to the point that when I woke up in juvie I could hardly move. My carpet proceded to get soaked in blood from a huge gash on the top of my head. I got charged with two counts of assault on an officer. Did I hit them? I sure as fuck hope so but I blacked out due to intoxication (low level) and getting the living shit beat out of me by two grown men. My friends did they see me hit the cops? Nah they didn't. Oh the cops also had no marks on them but half my body was covered in bruises. I went to rehab for two years. The cops didn't get in any trouble. The judge said the search was legal, despite lack of a warrant (not sure how the fuck this can be so.)

I hate the cops and am fully prepared to attempt to beat the shit out of the next pig that thinks he can brutalize me in my own fucking house with no warrant.

I also hate the DEA although DEA agents never fucked with me they still enforce laws that fuck with me every second of every day.

Well I would totally go to the city about the cop throwing you to the ground for no reason. You can't have police coming up to you and abusing your rights like that. They have too much power already, we gotta start showing them we aren't going to put up with their shit.
I have a friend who was drunk once in the states, and this cop came up to him, and just smashed him with his nightstick. Well my buddy isn't one to take shit from anyone, so he grabbed that cops nightstick, and beat the guy to within an inch of his life. Broke his jaw so the guy couldn't even get out a description.
He was months gone before they even found out what he looked like.

 

The only good cop is a dead cop.

 

you have to have money or power to beat the cops at their own game. so yeah, take it to court, but you better be damned sure you have a spotless record; you better have the best goddamn lawyer in the city; you better be clean-shaven and make good grades or hold down a good job, or you better be able to pull strings backstage, or you are shit out of luck.

I got profiled, pulled over and illegally searched. the cop found about a joints worth of weed in the bottom of a cigarette box I left in my door. I couldn't afford a lawyer to contest the charge. I got a years probation 800$ fine and 80 hours of community service. first offense. ive never even had a speeding ticket before.

so I'm moving to a different state.

I got pulled over by six cop cars; was pulled out of my car and thrown on my knees in the middle of the fucking street with a gun drawn on me for mistaken identity. My car was illegally searched. I was told to have a nice night and be on my way. All in the name of Upholding the Law.

 

I say this is your best bet...

 

Maybe if you had of tried to help the officer out you could have saved some time, and/or helped apprehend a thief/criminal...
