I need a lift to Beautiful Days! Please help me?

Please help! I have been crying my eyes out this afternoon. The people giving me a lift to Beautiful Days have dropped out. I’ve asked my friends and none of them can give me a lift either, as they are going down tonight and I have to work tomorrow.

I am stuck! Can anyone give me a lift from Yorkshire? Or could anyone share the cost of me driving down?

I can afford to pay a share of the petrol… but no way can I afford all the share of it, or a train or coach ticketL

If you can get to anywhere withint the vicinity of Bristol on Saturday, I'll drive you down from there. Other than that, can't help sorry

 

If anyone could give me a lift from Yorkshire to London or Bristol (thanks Dok)anytime after Thursday 6pm that would help me so much

The mega bus dosnt get to london til friday afternoon which is too late to get a ride with Stardust or Fleassy from London, I need to get there by early Friday.

Yeah, I know, I know...... The Dok's on an anti-Starfly crusade. But I just can't let this pass without comment, coz hippy hypocrites really piss me off.

Now I think it's great that you're prepared to pick Claire up from Yorkshire, and I say "go do it", coz I reckon the planet's fucked anyway. But I gotta say, it's typically twatish for you to be ranting on in one thread about the evil of tarmac and so forth, and then in another thread you're talking about driving to Yorkshire and back just to take someone to a festival... generating about 600 miles worth of pollution along the way (not to mention contributing to increased consumer demand for roads and motorways)!!! What's up with that, eh?

Alsodont worry about running out of money as im going to pay for my bdays ticket when i see you, and i wont take no for an answer. I've just had a million bills to pay out last month (that were unexpected) and given,for the first time in a while I have found myself with no money.

I should get back on my feet over the next few months I hope... but til then I am living on the breadline quite literally.

Have been cadging lifts to work this week as I have no money left for petrol... and dont even ask about the food situation... am living off some frozen tortillas I had at the back of the freezer

I get some money through Friday from wages... but I have to keep some aside for petrol / food money for the rest of the month so although I will have a bit of money spare I really have to watch it.

I also have to pay another hefty bill out of it for £200.

Hopefully by the end of September it will have sorted itself out

It's really cheered me up that there are people willing to help me when the tables are turned...
