I was watching a talk show and they were talking about custody battles. Apparently, a woman was proven to be killed by her husband in a drunken rage. He got out in 10 months (there's our legal system for ya ) and now wants custody of his son. The mother of the woman currently has custody of the son and is going to fight to keep him. Who do you think should get custody?
drunken rage or not... if you kill someone be prepared to lose it all. i don't think anyone who kills another person with malicious intent should raise a child into this world. often time too much emphasis is put on biological parents when a perfectly fit adoptive parent could raise the child 1000000x better than the deadbeat loser who should have taken his/her own life instead of someone else's.
