Horrible Cruelty!

I am so upset. I know this is really horrible and I really feel bad for writing about this on here, so that other people will know of the horror I know of, but I have to get this out. How How HOW in the WORLD are people so CRUEL to animals? Someone in the town I live in, threw a puppy on a hot grill. Yes, you read it right...that's exactly what they did. The puppy was a boxer pup named Lady. As you might imagine, she got VERY hurt. I think that she died, but I am not sure. This is so disturbing to me. I don't understand how someone could do it. I know people hurt animals all the time, but I have never heard of anything as horrible as this.

I'd throw whoever did that on a hot grill and see how they like it. I cannot stand it when people are cruel to animals. I hope the cops were called and they put that person away.

 

WTF? That person will more than likely end up a serial murderer. I'd be happy to throw him on a hot grill myself. I think that we could take him down. Who's with me?

something like that happened around where i live.. i hate to say it cause its so upsetting and mean. this teenage boy hung his puppy! for his punishment he had to stand in a median on a busy highway wearing a sandwhich sign that said "i killed my dog" or something like that.. and he had to stand there all day long and people threw stuff at him and screamed at him.

This world is full of sadistic motherfuckers that get off on torturing animals. Hell they get off torturing people too. It's a fucked up world we live in. And the more people we bring into this world the more fucked up it's gonna get. So sad...

 

its cruel yes , but more of a symtomatic eruption ......or this you people who have so many tears to shed [and ive seen way too much suffering to ever want to cause even a bit for no reason , [ i love doggies and most all the dogs like me ]to shead for them .....but do you realise that theres millions of people locked up in this country ...yea i bet yall could give a shit about people in perpetual solitary confinement in super max prisons .....yea yall cool with that ......

 

I hate that people are "becoming immune" to the shock of what goes on..

I mean, this is unacceptable in any circumstance, but it doesn't fill us with the instant rage that would have compelled us to do something there and then!

I never used to believe in An Eye for an Eye, but if we choose this form of retribution, and not punishment, often enough.. The message will get through that the life of an animal is as meaningful as their own..


That article in Calgary annoyed me because not once in the wording of the charges against these sick fuckers was the word "cruelty" meantioned..

 

You are wrong, I also believe that many people who are in prision should be released. Especially those in prision for drugs or other what I personally consider pety or government endorsed crimes. But that is not for this forum. This is the pet forum. I think the people who commit rapes and incest and murder should be in jail, not some jerk who sells weed because our governement is so fucked up. My point is don't make assumptions. You are correct, for some reason people seem to have more compassion for animals these days than for people, but think about it, how often does an animal premeditate a crime? They do what they do based on instinct, people do not.

 

One of my children is a Vet Tech and works at an animal hosptial. Some of the stories she tells me about the Rescues they work with are unbelievable.

The other day,. the police brought in a puppy who had been kept in a garage, as the boy who wanted him had a mom who was allergic. While the kid was at school, some kids in the building started torturing the puppy, they put washer fluid in his food, they hit him and all sorts of horrible stuff. The boy realized he couldn't let that happen to the dog and called the Sheriff, who brought the pup to my dd's hospital. Somehow he managed to survive. The Vet said it was a good thing they didn't get their hands on real antifreeze or the pup would have died. He is getting better, now. (The boy found out what was happening a few days after the other boys started.)

My dd says they can't bring charges against the boys, because they are minors. That's ridiculous.

The pup will soon be well and up for Rescue adoption. We've already got two dogs, one of them a Rescue. But, this puppy is so cute, someone will adopt him. Poor baby.
