i'm trying to find a dress like that for halloween but have had no luck yet.
i want to wear my black and white polka dot mini sitlettos, a black and white polka dot dress thats poofy in the skirt area, black thigh-highs and have my hair curled in pigtails like in my photo.
anddd i'd be holding a black and white lollipop and a black and white baloon.
it doesn't look like its going to happen this year.

 

as much as ebay suks sometimes look there
i know that that is very popular here in the UK at the moment and might be easyier to find.....
