shit diet

    im a non meat eater, vegetarian is a strech, i pretty much eat junk food,


    any recommendations of shit to eat so i dont die,

    ya wont die..lol i dont exactly eat the best myself..b ut if u start to feel shitty alot then maybe u should concider workin on your diet
    just tryto mix things up more..eat less junk & add inmore good nutriouse food & you'll be fine

    Buy mostly fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, and grains. Search the web for recipes that use fresh ingriedents and make the ones that you find interesting.

    yogurt and them cheese crackers got me by in a pinch
    not vegan but not meat and available at most gas stations

    Legumes! Legumes are your friend. Lentil soup is so great in a rush.

    You won't die. Just lay off of the junk food, and focus more on fruits and grains, as someone else previously mentioned. You might want to try looking online or through books to find some healthy vegetarian recipes to get you motivated to experiment with food. When there aren't many options that are clear to you, you're likely to grab the easiest food available (usually some form of junk food). There are many different recipes, however, that are simple to make and are very healthy.
