How badly does DXM speed your heart up?

I don't have the strongest heart but it is sufficient, I would say. It tends to speed up over little things but I have never been to a doctor for it. Sometimes it really freaks me out when it starts doing rapid beats but I think I am ok.

I was just wondering if doing high doses of DXM only, will it speed up my heart to the point of going to the hospital or death? Also do you think that smoking weed is worse for your heart or in other words does pot make your heart beat faster then taking some dxm? Because my heart beats pretty damn fast when I'm high on pot.

 

I have a bad, weak heart and I've taken up to 1100mg of DXM and been fine. If I were you, just do a small dosage 200-300mg and see what that's like. If it's alright, take more next time.

 

Well thats the thing I took 100 to 200 mg before and I was ok but I want to take more so I just wanted to be sure. But thanks for the info, I should be fine then from what you said.

 

your heart may go pretty wild, and in that state you might panic. thats wouldnt be too fun.

 

How many miligrams will it take for my heart to be really affected? Over 200?

yupp, DXM has a tendecy to make people have 'panic attacks' where your brain sensory is put in a blender and you feel little painfull pin pricks all over your body and you FREAK OUT.. aka panic attack, people get wild ideas that there gonna die, or that they took to much or there hearts gonna give, out of my 40+ DXM trips its happend to me probaly during 10 of those trips..

 

i felt pretty lost on 600mg, i couldnt even think to move. but i could hardly breath but i didnt worry, i just steadily breathed and i soon forgot about it. however, if i hadnt experience what i had experienced with smoking insane amounts of weed and weed with pcp, id say i wouldve panicked. just be carefull, tell yourself before you do it not to panic , you'll be sweet.
