Hey, I've been studying herbal medicine for a few years now and I'm trying to start memorizing remedies. I can do this best by recommending what to use, so if any of you would like I can help you out with sicknesses, injuries, emotional trauma, you name it. Feel free to throw weird stuff at me too, I'll try my best. :p

    How about depression or anxiety?

In some cases those go hand in hand, in others you treat them separatley. Here are some things I'll recommend:

For anxiety try and get skullcap and valerian. Blended together to make tea is the bet way to take them. Essential oils may be easier to get, and the best ones to use are lavender, geranium, and almond, added either to a bath or just put in a bowl of boiling water and inhaling the steam.

Depression can be treated with herbs, but if loss of sleep and appetite is involved I do psychology. Let me know if either of those are problems. But the herbs to get are rosemary, oats, and vervain. These can be taken in pills (don't know if you've got the caplets for those), added to a bath, made into tea or a tincture (herbs suspended in alcohol). There are great oils to use for that, umm ylang ylang, lavender, chamomile, and sage are good to inhale, and ones to add in the bath or in a burner are jasmine, neroli, germanium, and rose.

Hope this helps, let me know how it works out for you!

    Oh and thanks Ghostcrab! :)
